I leave on August 26th to go to Dallas for a couple weeks. I know I was just there a matter of months ago, but it seems so long! The day I arrive there, I have a Sam Houston Middle School Reunion to attend (yes, I said Middle School). It started out that another classmate and I were going to be in town at the same time, so a small group of us decided to get together. A few more people were invited here and there, and it began to grow, so we decided to open it up to everyone. We posted it on Facebook, and now we're looking at a group of 30+ people. Exciting! The rest of that week will consist of spending time with my mom, grandma and brother.
Jamie arrives on August 31st, and then we have a busy week! The Dallas Aquarium, The Fort Worth Zoo, Downtown Dallas, dinner with my cousins Jennifer Jallo and Rhonda Boren, dinner with a few friends, and a Labor Day block party to finish off the week. Then we head back, and I get busy with the fall wedding season. So, I'm going to enjoy every minute of this vacation!
